I think this amazing little wedding will always hold a special place in my heart.
This wedding had to be put together much sooner than originally intended and it was an absolute honor and privilege to be a part of this families historic day. It was an amazing intimate gathering of family and friends on short notice and I will be forever grateful to have been a part of this event.
The day began at Grace Church on Hovey in Normal, Illinois. It served as the perfect little spot for the bride and groom to get ready and shake off any wedding day jitters. Joined by family and the bridal party Ricky and Grace were gearing up to celebrate their wedding day.
Even the heat couldn’t stop this wonderful group from coming together to support and celebrate the newly weds. The ceremony and reception was held in the backyard of a family friend and it served as the perfect picturesque backdrop to this young couples magical day. From arched entranced garden pathways, to beautiful flowers surrounding the backyard pond, this space served as the perfect backdrop to a fairytale day.
