The Ewing Manor was the perfect location for this couples magical day. From its winding stairway that towers over a grand entry way, with its fancy rooms full of elegant decor, to the ornate brick courtyard, the manor really makes a memorable backdrop to a magnificent day. Then you add Palace Events and Twenty Twenty Entertainment to the mix with the fine folks from Biaggi's serving food and slangin' drinks all night, then you know you're in for a good time. Thank you again Zach and Anna for letting us be a part of the magic...!!!
When I received the questionnaire back from this couple and saw they had booked Palace Events/TwentyTwenty Entertainment to coordinate, decorate and DJ the event I got excited...!!! I have worked with Mike and his crew several times in the past so I knew his team would knock it out of the park, and they absolutely crushed it. I had been a vendor at the Ewing Manor on several occasions before; fun fact, the very first wedding I shot (as a favor to a family friend) was at the Ewing Manor. But this was the first time I had been inside the House and had (nearly) complete run of the place. It really was a great experience...!! I also had never worked with Cassandra Leigh before, (the photographer) but she was so much fun and so easy going. We got along so well, people asked us how long we had been working together (and it was the first time we had EVER met) there was just such a good vibe and a great energy to the day, everyone worked so well together..!!!
I will quote the officiant during the ceremony and say... "Anna and Zach chose to mark the combination of their lives with the non traditional but still very symbolic spin on the unity ceremony, with the creation of a unity peanut butter and jelly sandwich." It was a fun way to have an original and unique moment during their ceremony. Their bridal party may have even snacked on the sandwich during wedding party formals. Watch their entire video to catch a glimpse at the peanut butter and jelly sandwich fun...!!
This was an amazing wedding put together with a fantastic team. Both Zach and Anna's families were incredibly nice the entire day. The highlight of the reception may have been Joe McGuire joining us with his fantastic caricature art. I want to thank Courtney from Palace Events for always being amazing to work with and for holding it down and making sure the day went off with out a hitch. DJ Jose kept the crowd moving all night, and the Biaggi's team mighta even warmed the dance floor up at one point... lol. Great night all around. Thank you all again for the opportunity..!!!
